This workshop provided a coverage of recents advances in Lower Bounds in Cryptography. It was targeted at researchers working in this area. The workshop took place between 7-12 July 2019 in Bertinoro, Italy. The workshop explored lower bounds in cryptography from several different angles, including black-box/non-black-box separations, space-time tradeoffs, sums-of-squares attacks, communication complexity, oblivious data structures, secret sharing, and more.
